Information for the 2017 outdoor season
Please note the following information for the Shelburne Soccer Club 2017 Outdoor Soccer Season:Our aim for our players is to learn the game of soccer while having fun.

Our program is designed as a social activity that promotes friendships and a healthy active lifestyle for the lifelong player.

• Mandatory Equipment — Shin Guards. Your child will not be able to play without shin guards.
• Recommended Equipment — Soccer Shoes / Cleats
• Each child that registers will receive a full uniform: soccer jersey, shorts and soccer socks.
• No jewellery (i.e. earrings, necklaces, etc.,) is permitted on the pitch, in order to prevent injury to your child and other players. Exceptions are made for Medic Alert items.

Please remember that your child needs to be hydrated while playing soccer during the summer heat.
Be sure to bring enough water for the entire length of each game and practice.

What is included in your registration?

10 Weeks of play for U6-U14 House League Division
9 Weeks of play for U4 House League Division
Full uniform including jersey, shorts and socks
Team and Individual Picture –Picture day is Sat June 10
End of year Tournament - Gala Day is Sat Aug 19
Medal or Trophy presented at Gala Day

The Shelburne Soccer Club will make every attempt to accommodate special requests for placement of players on teams. However, please understand that it is impossible for us to guarantee this due to the difficulties involved in creating the teams.

Cheques: Must be post marked no later than April 30, 2017.

Registrations submitted after May 1st 2017 cannot be processed until payment has cleared our bank. 

An Out of Town Fee of $12.00 per player will be applied to participants living outside of the Town of Shelburne. This fee was set by the Town of Shelburne.

Refunds: Can only be issued after a written request with the original receipt is submitted to the registrar. This must be done before May 1, 2017. We cannot issue refunds after the Season begins!
All refunds will be subject to a $20.00 administration fee.

Non-sufficient funds: If your cheque is returned by the bank it is your responsibility to contact the club and make alternate arrangements for payment. Any additional charges assessed by our bank will be added to the registration fee. 

Your child cannot be registered to play until payment has been cleared.The season starts on May 29 2017. If you have not heard from your coach by May 25, please contact the club to verify your registration. We want to ensure that your child starts the season on time with their team! 

Important Dates:
Season Starts the week of May 30 2017 for U6, U8, U10, U12/14 divisions
Season Stats the week of June 6 2017 for the U4 division
Picture Day Saturday June 10 2017 at Centennial Hylands Elementary School
Gala Day/ House League Tournament Aug 19 2017
Challenger Soccer Camp Aug 14-18 2017
